ICONGRP began in 2022 as a recruitment agency, supplying skilled workers across every sector. Behind it stands a leadership team with over 15 years of combined experience in care, workforce, delivery and public-sector procurement. In the years since, we have grown into an integrated services group, adding divisions as our clients’ needs have grown, each one built on the same standard of delivery.
Today we operate from our base in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, serving clients across the United Kingdom, Africa and the Middle East.
