From one idea to an

ICONGRP began with a clear ambition: to build an organisation capable of creating opportunity through specialist services, strong relationships and responsible delivery.

What began in the United Kingdom has developed into a wider international group, with operations and partnerships extending into the Democratic Republic of Congo and the United Arab Emirates.

Our growth has not been about becoming bigger for the sake of size. It has been about building capability, entering markets where we can add real value and creating an organisation designed for the long term.

Joel founded ICONGRP with a clear vision: to create an organisation that delivers opportunity, builds stronger communities and makes a lasting impact through high-quality, responsible services.

With a background in operations and a deep commitment to improving lives, Joel has led the Group's growth from a UK-based organisation to an international business with a presence in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the United Arab Emirates.

He continues to drive the Group's strategy, partnerships and long-term vision, with a focus on people, quality and sustainable growth.
