A training provider submitting an EOI for an AfDB-funded capacity-building project.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you guarantee we will win?
No. Nobody honestly can, and you should be cautious of anyone who says otherwise. Donor evaluations depend on your experience, your team, your pricing and the competition. What we guarantee is that your submission will be compliant, well structured, written to the published criteria and delivered on time. That is what puts you in a position to win.
Do you submit the bid for us?
No. You remain the bidder throughout. We prepare the documents; you review, approve and submit them through the donor portal in your own name. We never bid against our own clients and we never compete for the contracts we write.
How fast can you write an EOI?
Standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days from receipt of your information. A 48-hour rush service is available where the deadline requires it, subject to capacity and an additional fee.
Can you work with non-native English speakers?
Yes, and most of our clients are. You give us the facts about your company, your team and your experience in whatever form is easiest, including French. We turn that into professional English written to donor standards. Nous parlons français.
What do you need from us to start?
The procurement notice or terms of reference, your company profile, relevant project experience, and CVs for the proposed team. If you do not have these in a usable format, that is part of what we help you build.
Is our information kept confidential?
Yes. Tender documents, CVs, financial information and company details are handled confidentially and shared only with the consultants working on your bid. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before you send anything.
How do we pay, and why upfront?
We invoice in USD and accept international bank transfer, card payment and Wise. Payment is taken upfront against a written quote and defined scope. This is standard for remote professional services and it is what allows us to offer fixed fees rather than open-ended hourly billing.
Can you help us find opportunities, not just write them?
Yes. Our Monthly Bid Support package includes a weekly search of donor procurement notices matched to your sector and eligibility, screening of the opportunities worth pursuing, and one EOI included each month.
