Joel founded ICONGRP and leads the group across its care, workforce, consulting and technology divisions, and drives its expansion into Africa.
He began his career in recruitment before moving into project delivery, where he managed a portfolio of twenty care homes and led programmes valued at over £1m. He served as Head of Projects for a Glasgow-based organisation, leading the streamlining of its Netherlands operations, and later as Senior Bid Manager, writing tenders, leading compliance and delivering bids to deadline.
Joel holds a Bachelor of Laws. He directs the group's technology portfolio, including the Cana suite of care management, workforce and procurement software.
Queen is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
She leads ICONGRP's Care and Community division and provides clinical oversight across the group's health and social care work with local authorities, care providers and community organisations.
Daniella is a qualified Scrum Master and Agile delivery manager.
She has led multi-million pound programmes and transformation initiatives across London Market insurance, banking, transport and recruitment, working with insurers, syndicates and brokers in tightly regulated environments.
At ICONGRP she is accountable for delivery governance across every division, from bid management and consulting through to workforce solutions and care contracts.
Michael spent over five years as a Business Analyst in the NHS.
That experience gives him direct insight into how public sector health organisations define requirements, evaluate suppliers and reach purchasing decisions.
He leads growth and strategic partnerships at ICONGRP, working with public sector bodies, care providers and commercial partners.
Plamedi leads ICONGRP's operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
He has a background in construction and technical delivery, and brings practical experience of coordinating teams and working within the DRC's commercial and infrastructure environment.
He is ICONGRP's principal point of contact for partners and stakeholders in-country.
